I’m Fred Gibert, a professional online marketer, web and software developer. Your guide through the affiliate marketing landscape here at WeBob.
At 45, I’ve journeyed through a kaleidoscope of experiences, from slinging drinks as a humble barman to orchestrating film and tv productions at one of London’s top movie and TV post-production facilities. I loved working in the film industry, but, in the end, I got sick of feeding “The fat cat”, working long hours and not being able to be more present for my family. True fulfilment lies in balance and purpose.
Stepping away from the hustle of London to a more “human size” French town, I’ve embraced a variety of roles in the modern business landscape. Whether it’s crafting websites or spearheading startups, each endeavour, including those that failed, has been a stepping stone. These experiences have shaped me, imparting valuable wisdom and preparing me for whatever comes next.

Today, I find myself immersed in a blend of creativity and strategy, orchestrating music productions and organizing events in Europe and beyond. I love it, and I wouldn’t change it for the world! (This is us in the following video)
Yet, one passion still burns bright—helping people build their online business. Hence the name, WeBuildOnlineBusinesses.com! WEBOB! (big Bob Marley fan too, so the name felt right)
I’ve been an online marketer since 2018 and built websites for clients since 2020.
This site will always be a “work in progress” and the culmination of my experiences, filled with insights and practical tips through my blog.
